I think BT shold be done olny to people who agree to it. Otherwise is quite invasive

Great post. I am build a test model for this now as my clients (about 5000+) are asking me for this information. The current project we are in hot pursuit of is a BT scenario where we could identify employers who are looking for a particular group of people to interview for hire based on their online behavior and search analysis.
